*Αυτό πού καθιστά την 67 έτων “Φάρμα” του Orwell ένα άληθινο δείγμα διαχρονικής διάνοιας συνοψίζεται σε μια ιδέα : Μπορεί κανείς να περιγράφει την τρέχουσα (και όχι μόνο) κοινωνικο-πολιτική κατάσταση απλά και μόνο παραθέτοντας αποσπάσματα από το βίβλιο.

What is the most resilient parasite? Bacteria? A virus? An intestinal worm? An idea. Resilient… highly contagious. Once an idea has taken hold of the brain it’s almost impossible to eradicate. An idea that is fully formed – fully understood – that sticks; right in there somewhere.
The older I grow, the more I tend to believe that my mental stability is directly proportional to 2 things : her presence and the amount of code I’m writing.
